As a Sr Administrative Assistant on the Enterprise Worksite Services team, you’ll work with and support a dynamic team in our Enterprise Property Solutions division to prioritize, find efficiencies and make valuable contributions. This is an opportunity to impact the overall success of the department!

Maintain various department processes and project work.
Apply strategic calendar management and project support for the leadership team and others as needed.
Assist team members with arranging travel and office technology to build efficiency and increase effectiveness.
Partner closely with other Administrative Assistants as well as associates within the business units on requests.

Associate degree preferred, high school diploma required.
4+ years of related experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook.
Excellent verbal/written communication (including grammar and spelling), organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Strong technical skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to prioritize assignments, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary, and multi-task throughout each day.
Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements.
