About the team This team within SunPower oversees lead generation, customer acquisition and increasing lifetime value of our customers. We support a number of stakeholders within the sales organization to drive qualified appointments to help fuel growth in the residential solar industry nationwide. About the role As a Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations and Strategy, you will support the team across Strategy, Business Operations and Business Intelligence. You will help set and accelerate our strategy over the next 3-5 years and what the next horizon of opportunity is for SunPower lead gen and our customers. You will ensure we are operationalizing our strategic plan and guiding leaders in course corrections. You will ensure we are measuring and evaluating our strategy and execution. All of this work will ensure that SunPower is on course for our strategic, operational and financial goals as we look to redefine the future of the solar journey for millions of homeowners. This is a high visibility team and role, with broad exposure to every part of our business and the ‘big picture’ of SunPower. You Will Get to: + Support a major business area and business leader as a ‘mini-COO’ including reporting, project management, strategic analysis and execution support + Drive our overall rhythm of business (e.g. QBRs and MBRs) in partnership with other stakeholders and focused team members + Support the business in the prioritization and / or execution of special projects (e.g. new market or product launch, entrepreneurial projects) + Support leaders in the development and refinement of their strategies, and support them in defining opportunities to accelerate or augment their business + Partner with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to set marketing’s annual strategic plan and work with team leads to develop business cases for additional investment. + Own the compilation of program status, performances and insights for executive level presentations and ops reviews + Be responsible for tracking annual SMART Goals + Optimize processes for cross functional alignment and agility; identifying gaps, address conflict or confusion and proactively propose solutions + Build reporting dashboards for campaign tracking, program performance and goal forecasting + Evaluate progress and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for how to adjust our approach to reach ambitious goals. Who you are: + Excellent problem structuring, identification and resolution + Can use multiple data points and perspectives to research, scope and propose new strategic alternatives to accelerate our strategy and vision + Have a sense of what is important to drive high value outcomes, independently prioritizing your efforts based on strategic value / return on investment; desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment + Find signal through noise and distill sophisticated and detailed information into simplified content + Excellent executive communication, presentation skills, and business case development skills including prioritizing, crafting and communicating materials to senior leadership audience + Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to formulate and deliver insights around business problems in a thoughtful and persuasive manner + Excel at relationship-building, adopting cross-functional collaboration to influence peers and executive leadership on sophisticated business topics + Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment, managing both internal and external constituencies and working effectively with cross-functional teams + Highly adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments + Proven track record of analytical problem solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating insights to senior leadership + Proven experience of being able to work across teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders + Proficient in Excel and Salesforce + Previous experience successfully working within a similar role and responsibilities Don’t meet every single requirement?
