The Long Term Care Consultant is responsible for driving the client through the design of clinical processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Through the use of the client's implementation approach and methodology, the Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project's targeted outcomes. The Consultant will provide expert industry knowledge in complex client environments; contribute in a leadership capacity to advance the solution and its effectiveness; consult with clients and project teams to recognize and document benefits; provide gap analysis and process redesign recommendations, support client and project teams; develop associate domain expertise (clinical, revenue and operational) and consulting skills; consults with the client to develop and apply appropriate policies and procedures.

Responsible for data collection and build of LTC orderables, reports, care plans, charging, etc.

Heavy focus on training SMEs and SUs and assisting in workflow development for nurses and providers in the LTC space. Will be holding weekly calls with the client and with the potential to travel onsite at least 5 times during the project implementation. Needs to be familiar with LTC workflows and build tools.

Responsibilities

The Long Term Care team is hiring a Staff Consultant. As a Staff Consultant, you will consult with clients on service line workflow, guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders, and drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. You will be responsible for mitigating solution risks and issues and executing workflow and process improvement strategies. You will need to lead client meetings and events and drive internal team initiatives.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

New York City Pay Range: from $31.54 to $55.24 per hour; from $65,600 to $114,900 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $28.22 to $52.36 per hour; from $58,700 to $108,900 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
