The Strategic Partner Manager, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Cloud Partnerships, will provide ongoing consultative business support to drive revenue and deliver mutually beneficial products and services. This role also leads and drives initiatives that influence the overall adoption of various Facebook Business Partner technologies and services. You may serve developers building marketing technology integrations across various Facebook APIs (Ads, Messaging, Commerce, Measurement, etc.). We are looking for a strong leader who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, managing teams and problem-solving. Ideal candidates will have business development and partnership experience.

Required Skills:

Strategic Partner Manager, Enterprise and Cloud Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main point-of-contact, support and be the representative for Facebook Business Partners and help them drive strategic growth

  2. Lead strategic and technical product development efforts from concept to go-to-market

  3. Initiate and lead exploratory talks to drive new business opportunities and product growth initiatives with these partners, working with product, partner management, legal, solutions engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders as required

  4. Work closely with our product team on the product vision and roadmap. Prioritize and structure partnerships based on product roadmap

  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Facebook partner engineers, product marketers, product managers and others to achieve quarterly and yearly goals for partner set

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide consultative services to Facebook sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing partner solutions and tools in market

  7. Be the thought leader at Facebook by funneling Facebook Business Partners’ platform insights and product feedback, influencing roadmaps where necessary

  8. Be the advocate for Partners with Sales, work with teams globally to both assist in development of growth strategies for priority global sales accounts, and develop or join existing Programs to drive scaled growth

  9. Work with Business Ops to set goals, actively measure impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business teams

  10. Local and regional travel required

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel

  2. Experience developing working relationships and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally

  3. 8+ years of client facing experience in partner management, account management, or technical sales

  1. A mix of sales, business development, consulting and product management experience

  2. Product marketing/go-to-market experience

  3. Quantitative/analytical experience

  4. Experience working in enterprise marketing and/or advertising technology/advertising measurement

  5. Comfortable leading complex product integrations across multiple teams, internally and externally

  6. Knowledge of Facebook products, innovation, technology, and online marketing
