Change Healthcare Talent Management and DE&I Specialist in Des Moines, Iowa

What will I be responsible for in this job? The Talent Management and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Specialist will play an important role in supporting the strategies and providing day-to-day project/program management support for the Change Healthcare’s Talent Management and Diversity, Equity , and Inclusion DE&I) teams.

This Specialist will provide technical and analytical support for the Talent Management processes (e.g., testing the goal setting steps in Workday, analyzing calibration data, etc.) and DE&I initiatives (e.g., analyzing and reporting diversity data). The Specialist will also complete program administration activities for DE&I programs (incl. scheduling/hosting meetings, managing vendors, etc.) and coordinate key DE&I coursework (e.g., Unconscious Bias training). The role creates and maintains project plans, reports metrics, designs slide presentations, and provides regular status updates to all stakeholders for both Talent Management and DE&I processes and initiatives.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, Learning & Development, Change Management, Project Management, or another related field.

  • Virtual Training Facilitation (not required, but would be ideal)

  • Knowledge of Talent Management and DE&I best practices

  • Ability to clearly articulate problem

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality resultss and resolutions

  • Proven analytic ability and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Proficient with MS Office applications

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Event Planning and Hosting​

  • Experience as a member or coordinator for Business Resource Groups
