Curative Inc. Team Manager- Miami, Florida in Des Moines, Iowa

This position requires consistent communication with each of their region’s current site leads. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics, personnel, operations, equipment, and ensuring testing sites are adhering to stringent quality/compliance regulatory measures. Future site openings will require your travel and execution of staff training to ensure a smooth launch.

Work Location: Must be willing to travel to various locations within the Miami, Florida vicinity

Responsibilities :

  • Communicates staffing concerns, no shows, and performance issues in real time

  • Provides guidance in employee relations issues with Regional Manager and Regional HR

  • Will be in charge of scheduling team members

  • Will be timecard approver for team members

  • Ensures all training requirements are met

  • Works hand in hand with Site Leads on successful launch and daily operation of sites

  • Reports directly to a Regional Manager

  • Provides quality control and supervisory oversight of all Curative sites assigned

  • Proficient with Drive-thru and the Curative Scheduler software

  • Manage Drive-thru site scheduling, appointment slots, and testing sites

  • Conducts training for new or onboarding staff

Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. Degree or higher

  • 1 to 3 years previous experience developing and maintaining a high performing team

  • Positive attitude, manage workload based on priorities, establish environment of trust and respect, celebrate successes, apply continuous improvement in the workplace, immediately responsive to implement the guidance and direction of superiors

  • Valid Driver's License and insurance with acceptable driving record (if required to drive Curative Vehicles)

  • Reliable means of transportation required

  • Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment and being outside (but within a safe distance of Covid-positive people)

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in personnel, operations, or logistics management

  • Technically savvy enough to use laptops, smart phones, Google Drive, and barcode scanners

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Effective communicators, especially in hierarchical government and military-related contexts

  • Can act with discretion when dealing with sensitive patient information (HIPAA)

  • Flexible with shifting plans and taking leadership in new and ambiguous environments

  • Self-starter and problem solver

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage 8-12 testing site teams of 4-8 personnel

  • Ensure testing site teams adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and Curative mandated regulatory measures.

  • Set and monitor key performance indicators, goals, and objectives

  • Assist the regional manager with handling any and all pay or personnel issues

  • Assist with on-site onboarding and day to day operational training for new and existing hires

  • Assist with managing site operations as needed

  • Weekly/Bi-weekly site visits to ensure staff preparedness is mandatory

  • Collaborate with local governments and public health departments

  • Track and report key data points

  • Serves as the point of contact between Curative and community partners

  • Be onsite at a drive-thru or clinic for initial site launches

  • Train staff to use Curative Inc. software

  • Troubleshoot any software/IT issues that may arise with partners

  • Maintains Curative test kit inventory and ensures on-time deliveries

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Team to ensure testing and vaccine operations have logistical support

  • Must be willing to travel 40% of the time.

Testing Requirements:

To minimize cross-contamination risk during specimen collection/evaluation remote employees must be willing to test for SARS-CoV-2 prior to visits to Curative Facilities where testing is being conducted or if interaction with specimen collection is required. Please note that while on-site, employees are tested once daily.
