Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

North America Cloud Engineering (NACE) is looking for an experienced customer-facing Technical Program Manager to accelerate deal timing by mobilizing new revenue opportunities and building trust with customers for a team of 1000 Cloud Architects passionate about the success of Oracle Cloud Customers.
Description What You’ll Do
Author technical blogs, describing how OCI customers have designed their architectures for the production workloads they’re running on OCI
Co-author whitepapers with Oracle cloud engineers, explaining how to design architectures for certain types of workloads. These artifacts will not only be used to help customers and partners understand OCI architecture best practices, but they will also help architects, sales reps, and developers in all phases of business development, project scoping, and deal nurture
Promote your articles, whitepapers, and other artifacts, featuring OCI customer architectures through company-wide newsletters, Slack channels, and social pages
Work across functional and regional editorial, field marketing, and campaigns teams to author and promote customer technical content for events, product launches, workshops, and tutorials
Manage OCI customer reference library, including customer wins, go-lives, partner announcements, production deployments, and customer demos/presentations
Track visits, downloads, and referrals from the North America Cloud Engineering team’s OCI customer reference repository, customer architecture library, and architecture development kit
What You’ll Bring
You have that rare combination—a sharp technical proficiency, an understanding of what customers need to be successful, and the key drivers of business growth. You have experience working closely with architects and executives, and present technical concepts in simple, easy to understand language. You have experience managing large customer engagements, and running it top to bottom – from presenting to executives to nailing the basics. You understand data processing and tooling, and know how to simplify processes. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. You can build excellent PowerPoint presentations to drive strategy and know how to navigate a sophisticated excel org budget and promotion cycle. Strong communication skills, analytical skill and attention to detail. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 10+ years of project management, timely deployment or related experience.
We are looking for Candidates with the following Skills and Experience:
Experience in cloud sales and technical solutioning for customers.
Familiarity with cloud products, especially SaaS and IaaS
Understanding of cloud architecture
Demonstrated ability to partner with executives across different functions.
10 plus years’ experience managing complex cross-functional large scale enterprise projects.
Experience providing templates and re-usable artifacts that help large organizations scale.
Passion for using data to solve technical and business challenges and willingness to get into it to get the job done.
Ability to synthesize complex elements into streamlined and robust stories for audiences of variable technical levels.
Strong organizational, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Escalation management and recommend further improvements.
Align the customer’s general business targets with the objectives and outcomes.
PMP Certification is a plus.
