Programmable Solutions Engineering (PSE) group is seeking a disciplined and collaborative Technical Program Manager to lead PXO methodology. PSE is a technology and engineering organization chartered with the mission of developing, delivering, and scaling differentiated end-to-end custom-logic solutions. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible but not limited to:

  • Defining methodology and owning processes, tools and systems required to support program execution with strong focus on quality, improved execution, efficiency and ease of use. Candidates must excel in ambiguous environments where creativity, flexibility, critical strategic thinking, customer obsession, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.

  • Full ownership of program management processes, systems and methodologies that drive overall CLE and wider PSG efficiency.

  • HSDES management including driving implementation for new features, maintenance and support and conducting regular trainings.

  • Represent PSG in PLC infrastructure discipline WGs and drive one BOM and R2V requirements.

  • Proactively work with PMs on process improvements, identifying issues/gaps/enhancements, implementing required changes and enabling teams improve overall program execution.

  • Establish success criteria and collaborate with automation team to develop right set of indicators to track progress.

  • Work closely with PMs to understand their requirements/feedback and translate to improve overall processes.

  • Manages relationships, communication, negotiation with stakeholders both internally and externally.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in the following areas:

  • Stakeholder management

  • Technical projects

  • Customer/stakeholder delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of experience in the minimum requirements.

Project Management Certification (PMP).

2+ years of experience in Silicon development cycle, defect, requirements and change management processes and systems, HSDES, SPEED, Carbon, IPX, Atlas, Gladius UPLC, OneBOM.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
