The Technology Trainer is responsible for driving the training and adoption associated with technology for Randstad Sourceright. As a liaison to the operational team and in partnership with the global learning and development team, this person will drive the adaptive technology strategy from implementation to utilization. This role will work in four phases (1) RSR Technology Training (2) External/Internal Technology SME (3) Utilization & Adoption.
Act as training lead for RSR technology including CRM, VMS, and recruiting technologies
Assess training needs with the business and develop training resources in multiple formats (digital on-demand, blended, and live training sessions)
New hire & account support to field on various technologies/update recorded trainings as needed
Coordinate and share relevant training content with key stakeholders across our global Randstad Sourceright business
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation
Develop and improve existing client used technologies to maximize productivity gains
Champion technology internally across clients, fostering knowledge and optimization of technology to raise the bar throughout the organization to build new solutions and drive organizational change
Ensure strong alignment with the Global Infrastructure and Strategic Technologies (GIST) team
Utilization & Adoption
Serve as Tech Business Partner to participants, partners, vendors and all levels of management to reinforce learning and drive adoption
Develop and maintain formal means of measuring effectiveness and return on investment
Assist in adoption analysis, usability, and user feedback for adjustments to training.
Analyze implementation of change management practices and user adoption to determine ROI for new technologies.
Administer and configure Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) for RSR technologies
External/Internal Technology SME
Isolate key process challenges within RSR that may be addressed through emerging technologies
Provide presentations to clients (prospective and existing) demonstrating technology expertise and/or recommendations
Present technology subject matter expertise to clients and client prospects as it relates to emerging technologies or solutions being considered specific to client solutions
Provide technical expertise and assistance in performing due diligence to assess identified technologies for maturity and transition risks
Translate business requirements to configuration specifications, designing and building CRM and ATS solutions to meet business needs while supporting a positive stakeholder experience.
Bachelor's degree highly preferred, Master's degree a plus
Six Sigma certification or other training in process improvement methodologies highly preferred
Degree or certification in adult learning a plus
8-10 years combined business, technology, and operational experience
2 years training experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated tech thought leadership (trends, intelligence, impact)
Ability to lead and manage an agile project team, driving them toward a shared objective
Excellent presentation skills used in delivering solutions to executive level clients
Demonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skills
Excellent working knowledge of Google Suite
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines while maintaining quality
Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas
Strong drive and commitment for delivering outstanding results
Effective time management skills
Strong facilitation, troubleshooting, and influencing skills.
Motivating communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills.
Develop and maintain technical training content, presentations, & lab exercises.
Develop and deliver blended training (digital on-demand & live).
Strong change management skills; assessing business impacts, working with managers to develop change management strategies for implementing new technologies and incorporating into training.
Passion for continuous upskilling yourself in new technologies and training methods.
Highly skilled in developing and editing training videos.
