Job Description:

Manage service delivery of Compensation, Comp Admin, Benefits, and Pensions Admin functions. Overall accountability of delivery, prioritization and escalation across all teams. Design, build and communicate HR programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver long term HR strategy and support business goals. Conduct internal and external market research and analysis to plan compensation and benefits and ensure its relevance, competitiveness and affordability.

• Define new analytical techniques and approaches to help develop the process

• Solve challenging problems with data & analytics

• Demonstrate skill with quantitative analytics

• Present & have exposure to the top levels of leadership

• Explore ways to identify new and innovative opportunities and tools to improve our processes

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Proven ability of Data Analytics and Interpretation

• Knowledge of Rewards Strategy Development & experience

• Individual needs to be an expert in excel – able to easily do formulas, macro knowledge a plus

• Experience directly related to compensation/rewards

• Any experience working with gender pay, legislative, pay equity, or Inclusion & Diversity a plus

• Strong social/interpersonal skills required

Set yourself apart:

• Ability to confidently convey complex data analytics in an easily understandable manner

• Mastery of Microsoft office applications in order to support our analyses

• Proven history of data analytics and strong interpersonal skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources functional experience at Accenture or at a similar global organization

  • A minimum of 5 years of analytics experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of years 2 years of Accenture Corporate Functions Human Resources experience

  • Advanced Data Analytics and Interpretation

  • Advanced Rewards Strategy Development & experience

  • Individual needs to be an expert in excel – able to easily do formulas, macro knowledge a plus

  • Past experience directly related to compensation/rewards vital

  • Any experience working with gender pay, legislative, or pay equity a plus

  • CCP

  • Advanced Excel

  • Advanced PowerPoint

  • Data Analytics skills

  • Compensation experience

  • Rewards Strategy development knowledge & experience

  • 4+ years rewards experience

  • Pay equity/gender pay/legislative compliance experience

  • I&D knowledge or experience

  • Expert in excel – formula/macro knowledge

    Professional Skills:

  • Needs strong presentation skills as conversations with leadership will be regular

  • Communication/interpersonal skills vital in order to support with training of local market teams

  • Analytical skills and interpretation

  • Strategic thinking needed for coming up with solutioning

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
