Principal is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the US Insurance Solutions marketing team. We want someone who:
Can participate and co-lead the whole UX design process – research, analysis, design, and testing.
Thinks beyond the screen. How do our products and processes interact with users’ devices, their jobs, and their lives?
Turns qualitative and quantitative data into design insights.
Brings vague ideas into focus through research, testing, and iteration.
Communicates well. You should be able to build trust and consensus with business partners, stakeholders, and project teams.
Wondering what a UX/UI Designer might be doing on any given day?
Planning and conducting user research (some travel may be required)
Presenting research findings to project teams, business stakeholders, and other interested parties
Designing information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Facilitating usability testing with end users
Collaborating with other UX designers, as well as other disciplines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
At least one year of experience in a UX-related job required
Experience with prototyping or design tools such as HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Invision preferred
Prefer candidates with a portfolio that demonstrates their UX problem solving
Certification as a Certified User Analyst (CUA) or Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) a plus
