Vosaic is a leading provider of video analysis and analytics software for primary, secondary, and higher education, healthcare simulation, research and professional development. Vosaic is based out of Hudl building in the Haymarket in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for securing new business and maintaining existing relationships within the education marketplace, as well as in other markets where existing products can be leveraged. This position provides the strategic leadership and project management to a team of inside sales representatives to sell and up sell to new and existing clients, grow new vertical markets and will be key to creatively developing new vertical markets through market research and analytics.


  1. Maintain personal sales targets.

  2. Plan and manage inside sales activities in a manner that ensures individual and team sales goals are reached.

  3. Hire, motivate, coach, lead, train and supervise inside sales team.

  4. Organize and structure inside sales department to maximize sales success opportunities.

  5. Research potential market opportunities.

  6. Implement calling campaigns.

  7. Work with Marketing as needed to assist in reaching target markets.

  8. Knowledge and ability to learn how video can provide insights and feedback to users.

  9. Build a collaborative environment between the inside sales team, marketing, and product teams.

  10. Strong understanding and passion for technology, as well as sharing knowledge with others.

  11. Educate team in sales techniques and tactics, helping them learn how to identify sales opportunities and recommend products/services.

  12. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services and ensure that team is educated and trained on these products/services.

  13. Analyze and evaluate the potential of various vertical market opportunities.

  14. Present research, analysis and proposals to management as to new markets for consideration.

  15. Daily calls to appropriate decision makers to generate additional lead opportunities.

  16. Maintain communication channels with existing clients to grow out existing business relationships.

  17. Share client feedback with management related to customer needs, product improvements, opportunities for new products, etc.

  18. Ensure that client issues are handled in a timely and comprehensive manner.

  19. Participate in industry events and conferences as applicable.

  20. Research and maintain an understanding of industry trends.

  21. Work with users after the sale to achieve their goals.

  22. Ability to travel to attend conferences, trade shows, and customer training.

Colorado candidates pay range for this role is: $60,000-$65,000


A four-year college degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.


  1. A minimum of four years proven experience as a successful an inside sales rep.

  2. Three or more years of experience managing a team of inside sales representatives.

  3. Experience leveraging existing products, services and systems to build vertical markets.

  4. Experience managing projects from inception to completion and conducting in-depth market research and analysis.

  5. Experience working with K-12 or Higher Education Institutions, a plus.

  14. Knowledge and ability to control expenditures while developing revenue streams.

  15. Excellent verbal and written communication.

  16. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  17. Ability to manage sales campaigns that include cross-functional departments such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.

  18. Above average computer skills including sales management software, presentation software, MS Office applications, Teams, Zoom, etc.

  19. Complete knowledge of phone and internet sales techniques, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team to close sales.

  20. Ability to solve problems over the phone and calm escalated issues.

  21. Ability to excel within a team environment.
