Description:

  • Performs basic office or clerical duties involving word processing, filing, copying, and other clerical tasks of a diverse nature. - Answers office telephones. Directs the call or relays a message to appropriate individual. Gives accurate routine information to the public. Records the necessary information for College brochure requests, conveying messages promptly to appropriate individuals. - Provides accurate directions, information, and, if necessary, escort to the public. - Knowledgeable of the Fire/Disaster and Security plans and acts accordingly if need arises. - Provides services to the College staff and students, demonstrating confidentiality and customer relations principles. - Assists in special projects for the College as needed. - Other duties as assigned.
