Job Summary
Manages a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties:
Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Plans office layout, develops office budget, and initiates cost reduction programs.
Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Prepares activities reports for guidance of management.
Coordinates the activities of various clerical departments or workers within department.
Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years of experience in an administrative supervisor role.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Other Skills and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as MS office, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
