Credit Analyst Intern

The primary objective of this position is to provide an opportunity for the incumbent to gain exposure to the environment and practices of the credit analyst department while assisting with functions and projects as needed.
Assists with analyzing financial statements.
Inputs customer financial information into spreading software.
Assists credit analyst staff.
Participates in special projects.
5.Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
Maintain appropriate internal controls to protect the bank’s resources.
Responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable law and regulations.
Participates in civic and community activities to generate visibility for the bank.
9.Other duties as assigned.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position can be full or part time depending on individual’s schedule. Schedule is flexible and will be determined by immediate supervisor and based on department needs.
Some travel may be required between offices on a limited basis.
Required Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in high school or college classes or High School Diploma if not currently taking classes.
Preferred Education and Experience
Preferential areas of expertise in Accounting and/or Finance.
