This is a truly unique opportunity to utilize both HR knowledge and account management skills to help our members and member prospects build a successful workplace and high-performing workforce.The Role: Member Relations Manager (HR problem solver)In this role, you will have hands-on, day-to-day interaction with members In Person, via Web, or phone. A successful Member Relations Manager will have the emotional intelligence to understand the best way to communicate with members for maximum member satisfaction and engagement. Our primary member contacts are individuals with the following job titles: HR, Finance, and Presidents/Business Owners.MRA is proud to have strong brand recognition among our member organizations. Once you build your relationship as an MRA'er they will seek you out for business advice and options for all things HR-related.What You'll Do:Actively manage and grow member accounts in a unique territory. This includes an existing, customer base and an untapped market with tremendous opportunity for growth.Sell MRA solutions to companies of all sizes, but the primary focus is on companies with 50-500 employees.Understand each member's unique needs with the use of thoughtful questions and provide effective solutions and recommendations.Implement account management strategies to manage multiple sales pipelines within our Customer Relations Management tool - Salesforce.Deliver exceptional customer service 100% of the time.Retain annual membership commitment (95% retention goal).Secure new members each month.Grow utilization of additional MRA services such as Training, Recruiting, and Compensation Projects (just to name a few).Who You Are:You'll hold a Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 + Years of deep HR generalist knowledge with a solid foundation in HR disciplines and best practices.You'll have previous experience in Customer Success / Account Management or you're eager to develop those skills.You'll have proven knowledge of complex HR topics such as employee relations, and wage and hour guidelines.You're a passionate, enthusiastic person who's not afraid of hard work.You love building relationships with clients and going the extra mile for them.You write impeccable emails and are confident on the phone.You're organized, sincere, empathetic, and proactive.Previous experience documenting sales activity and interpreting account reports.Territory: This sales pro will be focused on the eastern side of Iowa, with a home office in either, Cedar Rapids, or Dubuque.Total Rewards: Base + Commission, PTO, Sick Time, 401(k), Health/Dental/Vision, Mileage reimbursement, Cell phone reimbursementA dynamic and collaborative work environment that values people and their professional development.
