MSA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Proposal Specialist (2207) in Dubuque, Iowa
Overview
MSA has an opportunity for a full-timeProposal Specialistin any of our 17 office locations. We will also consider a fully remote working arrangement for the right candidate. The Proposal Specialist prepares and submits winning proposals by working with cross-functional team members to help respond to formal and informal MSA project pursuits.
Thework you may do
- Review RFPs/RFQs that MSA receives and circulate with necessary stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, including formatting, layout, technical writing, and proofreading
- Assist in creating materials, including project write-ups, case studies, resumes, and client presentations
- Facilitate client presentation preparation
- Research, write, and update information including project descriptions, resumes, and other qualification materials
- Maintain up-to-date proposal information in MSAs DAM, ERP and CRM
- Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering
- Read and analyze RFQ/RFPs and edit proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity, and compliance
- Manage strong working relationships with staff to ensure proposal input is accurate, compelling, and timely
- Interface with technical professionals in the writing, editing, and publication of various document types
- Work with Marketing Team to update marketing collateral
- Manage electronic proposal files and ensure file closeout procedures are followed
