YOUR JOB SUMMARY

The Services Administrative Assistant will lead and assist with implementation project management tasks, such as customer coordination, resource scheduling, timeline and documentation creation and updates. The Services Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for data entry and data cleanup tasks related to the company's CRM and PSA platforms.

THE PROJECTS AND WORK YOU WILL DO

  • You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the Project Management team where you’ll get hands on experience and learn all aspects of a customer implementation.

  • Work with the Project Management team to champion Cartegraph’s CRM and PSA platform clean up initiatives.

  • Attends team/departmental meetings as scheduled.

  • Performs any appropriate duties assigned by management.

  • Stays current with technology and works toward continuous quality improvement.

  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Experience coordinating internal corporate projects and resources.

  • Demonstrated ability to keep track of tasks and prioritize tasks based upon input from a supervisor.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Self-motivation in learning and expanding technical skills.

  • Sense of urgency when working with customers and responds to clients in a timely manner.

  • Ability to effectively listen to a customer and understand initial needs.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey a message through inspiration and influence

  • Desire to work collaboratively in a team

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Process-oriented, with a tireless focus on quality of output and increasing throughput
