Function: Supply Management / Logistics

Title: Supply Management Specialist - 81717

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

This position may be located in Davenport or Dubuqe, Iowa per the hiring manager's discretion. This may be dependent on the successful candidate's background, experience, and proficiency.

Your Responsibilities

As a Supply Management Specialist for Construction and Forestry located in Dubuque, IA, you will….

  • Manage cost reduction and risk mitigation projects in your assigned commodity for current production parts

  • Drive Engineering Change Management (ECM) workflow with cross-functional teams to meet critical project dates

  • Develop and communicate implementation plan to key stakeholders, internally and externally

What Skills You Need

  • 3 or more years of experience working in a team environment

  • 3 or more years of experience in relationship building, conflict resolution and interpersonal communication

  • 2 or more years of experience with project management

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, influence without authority, and execute cross-functionally

What Makes You Stand Out

  • 2 or more years of experience in Supply Management or similar discipline

  • Experience analyzing information to make sound business decisions

  • Understanding of how to work with suppliers, build relationships, and manage effective communication

  • Experience working effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
