The Corporate Trainer works under the direction of Knowledge Center Leadership and trains on various aspects of company processes and software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and lead financial advisory services training programs including facilitating training primarily via online or telephone with occasional classroom facilitation
Partner with management and advisors to develop and market training courses to meet professional development objectives
Schedule, prepare, and administer training to meet learning objectives to new and existing clients
Provide ‘best-in-class’ customer service related to financial advisory services training and supply information as needed at request of management and rep-advisors and track open issues with consistent follow-up to ensure issues are resolved
Maintain accurate information in the Learning Management System (LMS) through timely entry of training activity
Research training knowledge, trends, and procedures to utilize during future training development
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 are required. Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) certification required.
