Job Description

• Candidate will be executing preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve equipment issues (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic), and perform root cause analysis. Program and troubleshoot automated equipment (PLCs, HMIs, robots), calibrate instruments, and install/repair equipment. Conduct quality checks, develop/revise SOPs, document changes, and maintain a computerized maintenance management system. Provide emergency and scheduled repairs, track parts and tools, and ensure availability for projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, comply with safety and regulatory requirements, and use various tools and equipment (e.g., forklifts, scissor lifts).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fairfield, Iowa.

Work Environment

Non-climate controlled environment, working on a team of 6 maintenance technicians, reporting to the maintenance supervisor. Dress code: jeans, steel-toed boots, t-shirt. PPE provided. Shift: 7am - 3pm M-F. This is a fairly clean environment since they are just making boxes, however it is not air-conditioned. It will get hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so you must be okay with unregulated temperatures.
