  • Manage corporate development activities, ranging from evaluation and execution of public and private company acquisitions, asset divestitures, and restructurings, minority investments, and other strategic initiatives

  • Work with the executive team to develop long-term strategies and identify new business opportunities including partnerships, acquisitions, and financings that generate financial service revenue

  • Take ownership of deal recommendations, evaluation of opportunities, structuring pragmatic solutions to problems, and negotiations

  • Articulate clear rationale and risks associated with proposed transactions through spoken and written communications with deal sponsors, functional leadership, and senior executives

  • Cultivate partnerships with key internal stakeholders, investment bankers, brokers, intermediaries, private equity partners and relevant industry external parties

  • Create long term shareholder value specifically in terms of new acquisition growth as measured by capital investment, return on capital, and integration success

  • Build relevant acquisition pipelines and prioritize potential targets by leading the evaluation and development of the strategic rationale for specific opportunities including any market research, financial analyses, and initial due diligence

  • Demonstrate exceptional follow through and perseverance to achieve performance driven goals

  • Proactively generate and promote new business opportunities in support of strategic initiatives and incorporate new trends and developments within the industry to remain competitive

  • Partner with HR, IT, Compliance, Legal, and other functional departments to ensure all processes and new business opportunities are compliant with our regulatory standards and guideline

Ten or more years of related experience, education and/or training.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 is required within 1 year of employment.

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 base pay plus incentive compensation. This salary is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated salary
