Deliver training to new and existing financial professionals and home office staff and gather feedback regarding training effectiveness
Assist with organization, planning, development and execution of training modules, software and program
Provide customer service related to the training and ongoing use of the WealthPort trading system; including troubleshooting trade issues
Respond to reporting and enhancement requests of management, company associates, and financial professionals
Present onsite live trainings and/or overviews for financial professionals
Research training knowledge, trends and procedures to utilize during future training development
Two or more years of related experience, education and/or training.
This job requires obtaining a FINRA Series 7 license within the first 6 months in order to complete job responsibilities. Cambridge will provide financial and educational support towards obtaining required license(s) including paid study time, training courses, study materials and online resources.
Compensation: $43,000-$50,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
