  • Perform regular duties of the ODAT team including escalated issues

  • Develop and implement streamlined procedures in order to continually improve service processes and train team members on procedures as needed

  • Drive overall team effectiveness by monitoring work quality and keep Operations leadership informed of staff needs and work load levels

  • Assist Operations leadership in prioritizing and distributing team assignments

  • Ensure Cambridge standards are met by assisting Operations leadership to set reasonable standards to accomplish team tasks and goals

Two or more years of related experience, education and/or training.

Compensation: $42,000-$49,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
