General Function:

The Ad Operations Coordinator II will assist in the execution and management of retail media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires close collaboration with the retail media team to align campaigns with brand goals and objectives, ongoing monitoring and optimization to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and the management of multiple brands.

Reporting Relations:

Accountable and Reports to: Director, Retail Media Operations, RedMedia

Direct Reports: None

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup, activation, and execution of retail med advertising campaigns on various platforms.

  • Collaborate with retail media team to understand brand goals and ensure all campaign elements are aligned with those objectives.

  • Monitor campaign performance, flagging potential issues, and assist in making adjustments to improve performance and meet KPIs.

  • Manage a set of brands, ensuring their campaigns are executed effectively and provide regular updates to the team.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during campaign activation or execution.

  • Compile and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Stay updated on changes and updates to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs, etc.) and leverage new features or best practices to improve campaign performance.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or media buying

  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms

Physical Requirements:

  • Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.

  • Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: operating a computer, occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.

  • Must be able to meet with customers.

  • Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.

The duties of this position are performed in a both field and office settings where there is weekly pressure to meet deadlines.
