Crystal Group Sales Support Manager in Hiawatha, Iowa
Summary:The Sales Support Manager (SSM) works in collaboration with Technical Directors, Program Managers, and Business Development Managers in efforts to achieve sales goals.Duties:The goal of this positon is to support the sales team as needed. This includes producing quotes, entering orders, coordinating internal departments, and following department procedures.Produces quotes based on requirements provided by the TD and PM in the POTS.Enters sales orders into expandable and reads Purchase Orders from customers.Answers phones in the sales department and directs calls to proper person. If a PM or BDM is not available, assist the customer, as needed.Works with Expandable on a daily basis.Coordinates with team on configuration management of products.He/She communicates with purchasing, operations, engineering and customers to coordinate product and service delivery.Strong attention to detail is required.Requires:Education: High School or GED required. Associates degree preferred. Bachelorsdegree helpful.Experience: The SSM should possess basic knowledge of hardware configurations.Physical: Mainly an office position. High frequency of use of the telephone andcomputer.Miscellaneous: Ability to communicate with customers and all levels of the organization.A high level of detail orientation and customer service skills are required.This position has frequent interactions with internal and external customers.
