What you’ll be doing:
Expediting all parts assigned by customer, suppliers, or warehouse facility
Performing and integrating services that add value to our internal and external customers
Maintaining and improving the delivery performance
Coordinating expedites situations with Operations team and/or supplier
Presenting solutions to difficult supply chain challenges
Resolving receipt issues at customer or facility
Initiating opportunities to support other members of the supply chain team as well as other business units
Soliciting and working with operations
WCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. During the same period, we have added 5 new locations bringing the total up to 9, including 1 located internationally. That growth has provided an opportunity to further expand our vision with our customers and increase our capacities.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or GED (required)
4-year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration/Management, or another relevant field (preferred)
In-lieu of 4-year degree, 2-year degree in a relevant field with equivalent work experience (required)
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook (required) and MRP system (preferred)
1+ years Supply Chain Experience (preferred)
Must be able to lift to 10lbs of force occasionally
Adaptability to perform variety of duties and ability to maintain both a high standard of courtesy and cooperation in dealing with co-workers
