Territory Sales Manager - Southeast Region

VT Industries Inc., a manufacturer of Dimensions Countertop and GeoScapes, leads North America in the industry. We are seeking a Territory Sales manager for the Tennesee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Eastern Louisiana area.

Meet or Exceed established sales objectives!

In this territory, the successful candidate will be responsible for selling and marketing VT Industries Countertop products. These include Dimensions PostForm laminate countertops as well as GeoScapes Stone surface countertops. Knowledge of the countertop fabrication business, multifamily and single family markets will be helpful. The Territory Sales Manager will call on a wide variety of customer types to generate sales and demand for our products. Customer types include but are not limited to Fabricators, Distributors, Building owners – managers – renovators as well as Countertop specifiers. This position does require overnight travel.

  • National Account participation and sales

  • Schedule, conduct and use them throughout the year with customer

  • Monthly Sales Report; Insight to increase business and filed on time

  • Requested needs filed on time

  • CRM; detailed knowledge and use of CRM

  • Interactions, price requests, target accounts, opportunities, leads etc

  • Project Sales; become aware, develop and work with customers for more

  • McGraw Hill / Lead sources – understand, use, follow up and sell

  • Reporting

  • On time and as requested / needed

  • Selling Skills-use Successful Meeting Planners

  • Professional and prepared at all times

Experience / Education:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent computer, ipad, iphone – electronic skills

  • College degree

  • Outside selling experience

  • Skilled in negotiation, organization, time management, problem solving and consultative selling

  • Ability to work with others as part of a team

Competitive base salary with quarterly bonus program. Monthly car allowance. Great benefit plan includes company matching 401(k).
