You too can join the Agropur family!** This position can be 100% home-based, with occasional travel **By having at heart the company's values (Boldness, Collaboration, Communication, Excellence, Integrity), and under the responsibility of the Talent and Development Director, the Digital Learning Advisor uses broad knowledge of learning and development principles to design, develop and deliver electronic learning in support of Agropur's business objectives and initiatives.More specifically, you will:Design and develop engaging, innovative, and effective digital learning experiences that artfully combine multiple digital formats for Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Blended, and Learning Management System (LMS) curriculum;Apply adult learning theory, instructional design, and other best practices to ensure all learning is engaging and achieves the defined objectives;Use experience and knowledge in instructional technologies with course authoring, graphics, animation and audio development software, web audio/video and animation development software (e.g.: Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia);Partner with various business groups and stakeholders to develop learning experiences that meet the customer and overall business objectives;Conduct needs analysis with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure the accurate definition of project scope;Develop end-to-end learning experiences including assessments, incorporation of videos, audio, and interactivity to provide a rich learner experience;Use design and project management best practices to ensure effective and efficient development of content that meets the needs of the customer in a timely fashion;Coordinate with external vendors to provide learning programs as needed;Market and communicate learning initiatives and activities to applicable audiences;Facilitate self and team development to improve department competencies in creating and delivering training, including; participating and running train-the-trainer, peer-to-peer, and learning events;Serve as the LMS Expert (Workday Learning);Train Learning Partners on how to effectively use Workday Learning;Ensure all e-learning meets quality standards and adhere to best practices;Manage budget related to digital learning;Keep up-to-date with best practices and trends;Ensure the quality and consistency of training materials.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Media Design, IT, or any other related areaMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital learning developmentKnowledge of industry-recognized training development toolsKnowledge of the food manufacturing sector an assetKnowledge of Workday Learning an assetBilingualism, in English and French, spoken and written, is essential in this roleBe able to travel occasionally to different sites of the company, including in CanadaAA/EEO - Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
