The Accounting Associate II will provide support to the Accounting Department. The Accounting Associate will support the completion of day to day production accounting transactions and other accounting tasks that align with our objectives and growth plan.

  • Support the completion of daily shop-floor/production order transactions and reconcile inventory to end of day totals.

  • Ensure that shop floors have all items consumed and will support the shop floor and inventory reconciliation.

  • Manages weekly inventory adjustments by accumulating requests, gathering approvals, and adjusting inventories.

  • Support daily, weekly, period, and quarterly inventory cycle counts.

  • Review and Assign Labor to Raw and FG Shop-floor’s

  • Other Duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of necessary administrative duties to maintain and organize records, reports or other information.

  • Skilled in presenting information or ideas concisely, accurately, and clearly in verbal, written, and electronic formats.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-oriented environment.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a desire and proven ability to communicate with people at all financial knowledge levels.

  • Prolonged sitting, reading, writing, talking, use of computer.

  • Hearing ability for verbal communication via telephone systems, and person – to –person.

  • Clear concise speaking ability to provide information and instruction.

  • Visual acuity to read information from computer screens, forms and other printed materials and information.

  • Manual and tactile dexterity for palpation, use of computer keyboard/typing, writing, handling/ sorting objects and forms.

  • Able to meet physical demands of the job with assistive or adaptive devices or reasonable accommodations.
