MidWestOne Bank Facilities Coordinator in Iowa City, Iowa

Coordinates and directs the in-house and contracted equipment maintenance, routine building maintenance, remodeling and new properties. Direct maintenance employees.
Determines and coordinates all maintenance and repairs of bank facilities, vendor contracts including lawn care, snow removal, HVAC maintenance and repair and associated contracts.
Administers and performs Branch Inspections, purchases furniture and equipment, maintains maintenance contracts for equipment, routine and small maintenance items for the bank including modular furniture re-configuration, small plumbing projects, electrical repair and other small construction type projects. Also assists in bank wide vehicle management.
Assist in the coordination of remodel and new construction projects at the Bank. Serves as backup to the Second Vice President, Facilities Management, including bank security & systems, business continuity, OSHA & Safety responsibilities, and bank supplies.
Contributes to the development and on-going monitoring of the fixed asset and department budgets during the year.
Available for after-hour calls, police and security contacts, maintenance and building security.
Works with office supply vendors/sales to coordinate the purchase of small office supplies for all MWO locations.
Orders and organizes the office supplies for the Downtown Iowa City offices
Oversees the pick-up, deliver USPS, box, ship, deliver FedEx, and UPS packages.
Coordinates set-up, tear down and amenities (ice, pop, coffee, etc.) for meetings in the Iowa City Downtown conference rooms.
Uses KACE ticket system for projects, repairs, ability to understand, open/close tickets.
Responsible for Facilities Management related paperwork correspondence, reports or other documentation.

High school diploma or general education degree with some post high school education or related work experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
