Responsibilities as an HRIS Specialist:

• Manage and maintain our HRIS software, ensuring it aligns with our evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS.

• Create and distribute insightful reports and analytics derived from HR data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement HRIS solutions.

• Provide user support, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to the HRIS.

• Safeguard data privacy and security, ensuring compliance with regulations.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

• Proven experience in HRIS roles, demonstrating proficiency in HR systems and processes.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.

• Detail-oriented approach to data entry, management, and reporting.

• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations is a plus.

• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
