Responsibilities of the HR Recruiter:

• Maintaining new-hire onboarding paperwork/orientations

• Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

• Carrying out various administrative duties

• Performing interviews

• Guiding internal recommendations

• Incorporating digital recruiting resources

• Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements

  Requirements

• This role requires proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

• Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

• Expertise in Talent Sourcing

• Prescreening experience

• Able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Prior experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
