NOW HIRING: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Pay: up to $30/hr+ Depending on Experience!!

HIRING ALL SHIFTS - URGENTLY HIRING 3RD SHIFT

Job Description

You will cover all mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical breakdowns. Critical components include belt and chain-driven conveyors, PMs, gearboxes, motors (3-phase). Electrical ranges from 24-260 volts, but can go up to 480 volts. Strong electrical candidates will work on 4160 cabinets, PLCs, VFDs, industrial ovens, bagging machines (Automation), etc. Major electrical work will be contracted out, but you must troubleshoot issues before contractors arrive. The biggest must-have is experience with AB PLCs. Equipment used includes drill press, metal cutting saw, mills and lathes, hydraulic press, die grinder, hand and power tools. This facility is food grade and manufactures various products.

Hard Skills

• Mechanical breakdown troubleshooting

• Pneumatic breakdown troubleshooting

• Electrical breakdown troubleshooting

• Experience with belt and chain-driven conveyors

• Experience with gearboxes and 3-phase motors

• Work on 4160 cabinets, PLCs, VFDs, industrial ovens, and bagging machines

• Use of drill press, metal cutting saw, mills, lathes, hydraulic press, die grinder, hand and power tools

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR an AA in Industrial Maintenance.

• 1+ year of troubleshooting experience in at least one of the following: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with PLC systems.

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
