Job Description:

The Territory Sales Director will manage sales and business development activities within the assigned territory of the regional responsibility. This role will develop new territory by executing a marketing and sales plan. In addition, this position will work on leveraging OEM programs and existing customer relationships, direct selling, and lead follow up. This individual will cover Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee and Louisiana territories. This position reports to the Regional Sales Director and it is a remote role.

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitates the dealer decision making process and creates basis for long term customer relationship for maintaining and growing the business.

  • Maintains a deal pipeline of active, late stage deals equal to 3x the monthly quota.

  • Enters daily input into DealerOn CRM (Sales force) of all calls and activities.

  • Delivers quality sales that are easily implemented and supported and enables DealerOn to meet its profitability requirements.

  • Achieves revenue goals with accurate forecasting. Shares, emphasizes and supports organizational culture.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 year college degree, or equivalent.

  • 3+ years of automotive B2B sales experience.

  • Bachelor?s degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of automotive B2B sales experience preferred.

  • Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems.

  • Proactive teammate, experience showing new territory growth and development.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively.

  • Experience working from a home office.
