It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely 100% of the time and will share a hoteling workspace if/when working onsite, as determined by business needs. The incumbent can work remotely from anywhere in the United States, unless otherwise specified in the job posting. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

About this Role:

The Email Operations Specialist will serve as the production lead combining effective deployment management as well as end-to-end, hands-on campaign build experience. The ideal candidate would demonstrate a balance of platform knowledge, email best practices, efficiency implementation, and client satisfaction management. Success in this position requires a person who can act as a lead for this work and provide direction to others and understand all details needed to support a complex email solution. Must be a strong self-starter who wants to dig into a platform to build, check, and strive for great results.

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

  • Develop client relationship and assume responsibility for success of an email production account.

  • Demonstrate technical expertise while producing email campaigns, email reporting, and data targeting and segmentation.

  • Build automation and trigger-based campaign logic to seamlessly drive daily messages

  • Ensure all timelines are appropriately determined and achieved to ensure campaign success.

  • Manage internal client and external partner expectations and SLAs to ensure smooth production throughout timelines.

  • Provide strategic insight on how to improve email activity to meet the goals of the campaigns.

  • Proactively identify and resolve problems including inconsistent assets, data targets, and render checks.

  • Stay abreast of platform releases, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions to provide appropriate resolution to marketing demands.

  • Help us continuously improve by identifying, creating, and enhancing internal systems and processes based on recurring client requests or evolving industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related fields.

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing within an e-commerce environment, preferably in B2B

  • Prior experience in vendor/stakeholder/project management

  • Travel as business need arises

  • Demonstrated skill in project management, cost management, process management.

  • Strong experience in quality control practices—proofing, press checks, vendor audits.

  • Self-starter acting with high level of accountability and ownership.

  • Ability to prioritize production workload, work diligently, organized, detail oriented.

  • Independent decision maker good at situational analysis.

  • Able to act with urgency and follow through in sometimes stressful situations for problem identification/resolution.

  • Experience in consulting and relationship building with internal and external teams and vendors.

  • Effective communication, written, verbal, consulting, presentation.

  • Regular and predictable attendance.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $71,210.00-$114,158.00

IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Work at Home - Nebraska

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
