General Summary:
The Indirect Sales Manager is responsible for meeting the sales objectives of the Door-to-Door Sales Channel and National Agent dealers in the Kinetic footprint through disciplined management of partner agents and local partner management. This position will provide support for partner agents and local partner management in a specific market area. Typical job duties for the Indirect Sales Manager are as follows:
Essential job functions include:
Partner with external D2D dealers and Agents to ensure geographical performance and Next Gen performance metrics are met
Responsible for onboarding new dealers and managing kick-off meetings with local operations and marketing teams
Act as the liaison between the external dealers and the Kinetic local operations management to ensure strong coordination at the market level
Hold monthly performance review and distribution planning session with regional Presidents
Perform dealer territory visits for the purpose of observing doorstep presentations and sales interactions
Communicate promotional offers, product/service updates, contractual/compensation changes, and other information to agents in a timely manner
Provide sales support and training for dealers as required
Execute MDU, Sub-division and local marketing strategies for external D2D team
Must be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Comply with all Windstream policies and procedures
Requires 60% travel

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience; or 9 years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required. This is a safety sensitive position.
