Overview

As a Learning and Development Support Specialist, is responsible for administration and technical support for learning platforms, logistical support and coordination for Instructor Led training (virtual & in-person), plus general administrative support for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative duties associated with our LMS;

  • Maintains integrity of employee data

  • Provides technical support for end users, partners with IT staff to trouble shoot more complex issues

  • Assigns courses for new hires, transfers, promotions, and annual assignments as directed

  • Maintains IL class registration and attendance

  • Pulls reports as requested

  • Creates and edits acknowledgements and quizzes and maintains other content as directed

  • Performs administrative duties related to training content in SharePoint;

  • Adds, edits, and maintains training documentation in libraries and lists

  • Creates, maintains, and organizes training calendars and pages

  • Offers suggestions to create efficiency and improve end-user experience

  • Provides technical support for other training platforms and software;

  • Serves as technical host for Teams/Zoom events including;

  • Troubleshooting connection issues, managing engagement tools, registration, and attendance reports, plus publishing recordings and all related materials

  • Utilizes multi-media tools to create system tutorials, video role plays, and presentations designed by LD team and business line partners

  • Selects appropriate features (annotations, animations, transitions, audio and video effects, and other interactive features) to create engagement in final product

  • Utilizes other software such as Biteable and Canva to assist with creating or maintaining content

  • Coordinates in-person and virtual training sessions at directions of LD Officers;

  • Schedules events in all necessary platforms

  • Notifies participants of pre and post assignments, organizes and provides materials, and confirms trainers/presenters from other areas as needed

  • Provides administrative support associated with our core onboarding events

  • Coordinates rooms, supplies, food and drinks, for in-person events and establishes relationships with appropriate vendors as requested

  • Performs general administrative duties including;

  • Organizing and maintaining files and folders in the shared network drive

  • Creating and maintaining procedures and fillable forms and documents

  • Supporting our business line training partners

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Associates Degree with 6+ months of administrative support experience or 2+ years of administrative support including experience with technology platforms
