Navistar, Inc. Marketing Director - Bus Segment (Hybrid Schedule or Possible Remote) in Iowa

Position Overview

Navistar’s Marketing Team has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Director for our Bus Segment.

We are looking for a collaborative, team-oriented, driven individual with a passion for executing high quality, successful marketing programs within a global organization.

The individual will be responsible for all current and upcoming Go To Market initiatives as well as key support of Bus Business Unit activities.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing key value propositions for new products

  • Content for training programs

  • Launch strategies

  • Advertising/collateral development

  • Segment-targeted strategies to grow share and margin

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 12 years of marketing, sales, engineering, service operations, product-related, or other relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industry

  • At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

  • Master’s degree

  • At least 8 years of marketing, sales, engineering, service operations, product-related, or other relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industry

  • At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

  • At least 14 years of marketing, sales, engineering, service operations, product-related, or other relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industry

  • At least 2 years of lead experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
