Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process of new U.S. Professional and Executive employees.

  • Collect employee feedback about their experience and use it to find effective ways to improve our company’s onboarding process.

  • Work with crucial human resources stakeholders to develop new employee orientation programs and policies to promote a positive work environment.

  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees to help them become productive team members more rapidly.

  • Take accountability for results and motivate, coach, develop and manage Onboarding team members.

  • Review current learning programs and recommend future programs based on leadership development needs. Partner with Global and Regional Learning & Development teams toestablish an implementation strategy, leveraging internal and external resources as appropriate.

  • Plan, design, and manage new and existing development programs, creating talent solutions that focus on the growth and retention of our talent through collaboration with other global and regional functionsand arealigned with Teleperformance’s culture and organizational objectives.

  • Define clear KPIs and measure the ROI for learning programs and initiatives.

  • Create and manage project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional initiatives and coordinate internal marketing strategies determined as business priorities.

  • Design, develop and deliver training content and materials on management, leadership, problem-solving, and other topics.

  • Drive process improvements using data to evaluate and track the effectiveness of current programs and recommend/implement enhancements and new initiatives as appropriate.

  • Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of human resources programs concerning established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve service efficiency.

  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas where employee performance can be improved or where there is a high rate of turnover.

  • Cultivate a high level of collaboration in team & partner relationships.

  • Partner with HR and Business leaders to roll out talent review processes that support identifying and developing high-performing and high-potential talent, identifying talent risks and associated strategies, and a future succession planning process that will enable internal mobility through effective development plans.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate program goals and objectives and ensure success through well-defined feedback and measurement.

  • Successfully manages relationships with senior business leaders and influences diverse groups of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, organizational development, human resources, or a closely related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in an HR role, demonstrating expertise and leading initiatives in learning and development, instructional design, and learning strategies.

  • 8+ years of experience in learning & development initiatives, focusing on Human Resources.

  • Outstanding organization and project management skills with the ability to manage the delivery of high-quality, on-time programs in a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of learning trends and the ability to apply them to business procedures.

  • Practical experience with MS Office, web-based applications, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Demonstrated capability in process improvement implementation.

  • Vendor management and project management experience are strongly desired.

  • Consultative orientation and strong listening skills.

  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proven track record of accomplishments in a multi-functional team environment.
