Report any mechanical, electrical or plumbing failures, equipment problems, hazardous situations or other problems or observations to supervisor.
Perform routine standard servicing and repair operations:
Maintain building, equipment, furnishings, fixtures and grounds in proper condition, as directed.
Perform periodic maintenance on all Imagine owned vehicles including small engine maintenance and repair.
Perform work such as: replacing fuses and light bulbs, clearing drains, repairing faucets, toilets, chairs, tables, etc., as well as various appliance, equipment and vehicle repairs.
Carry out preventative maintenance programs under supervision as directed, such as (air conditioners, heaters, exhaust systems), indoor plumbing, electrical wiring, etc.
Ensure all alarm systems, sprinkler systems, Wander Guards, etc. remain in working order.
Ensure monthly/annual inspections are completed and documented and documented, including but not limited to fire extinguishers, GFCI outlets, furnace filters, ladder inspections, etc.
Perform ground care, snow removal, and salting.
Review maintenance schedule daily to receive assignments.
Review work orders, priority status and designated time schedules.
