Title: Agile Coach - 60381
As an Agile Coach you will drive the agile operating model at Deere by leading and coaching scrum teams in the adoption of agile, providing guidance to ensure effective application of agile values and principles and adherence to applicable standards in alignment with industry-standard scrum methodologies. You will also serve as an agent of change that models and reinforces agile values and continuously improves team capabilities. In addition, you will:
Coach and teach agile practices with product team members.
Manage and mentor other Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters.
Assess agile maturity for teams, developing plans to improve Agile processes, and increase productivity.
Help teams adapt the methodology and practices to their situation and help them challenge the existing environment.
Assist with the identification, collection and reporting of Agile practice metrics and measurements.

What Skills You Need
Mastery level understanding of Agile development process, methodology, and scaling
Proven ability to coach and develop others
Proactive identification of impediments and experience overcoming roadblocks with strong communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation
Ability to influence without authority to resolve impediments across teams and products
Passion for agile mindset and tenets (e.g. continuous value delivery, quality, servant leadership, etc.)
Desire for continuously learning and incorporation of new ideas into Agile Operating Model
Understands Agile process and competency maturity and works with teams to create/implement plans to increase maturity
Experience in agile coaching (3-5 years)
Recognized Advanced Agile certifications such as Advanced Certified Scrum Master
Experience translating technical concepts into non-technical terms
Technical knowledge to coordinate and deliver technical solutions
Ability to plan and execute deployment activities at the team level
Ability to identify and develop excellent Scrum talent
Drive engagement in the team
Resolve team conflicts and provide candid feedback
What Makes You Stand Out
Working understanding of multiple technologies, development methods and systems
Understanding of the technologies & architecture of the product area
Working understanding of programming languages
Recognized Advanced Agile Coaching Certification - (e.g. Certified Enterprise Coach)
2+ years people leadership
Education (or equivalent work experience)
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
