What’s a typical day as a GENERAL CLERK III? You’ll be:
Prepares collateral perfection documentation applying appropriate guidelines.
Initiates and coordinates lien searches with county or state agencies; reads and interprets lien search results to identify prior lien holders and obtains needed subordination; coordinates related filings with county or state agencies and determines lien holder status.
Reviews file to verify that all perfection requirements have been met prior to documentation preparation.
Liaison with external counsel, and state and local governments.
May manage broadform financing statement process which includes filing, notification, and lien searches.
May generate and distribute various perfection reports on a regular basis or initiate and prepare updating of internal norms and procedures regarding lien perfection.
Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience
PAY RATE: $20.75/ hour
SHIFTS: 1st 8am-4:30pm
