Corteva Agriscience Seed Business Unit is seeking an undergraduate candidate looking to gain broad experience in market and competitive analysis in the agriculture industry located in Johnston, Iowa. Our Interns experience many different aspects of agriculture, while gaining real-world industry knowledge. Responsibilities

How will you help us grow? It matters to us, and it matters to you. The intern role will provide support to the Corteva Agriscience Global Seed Business Excellence Team with emphasis on market and competitive analysis. In addition, opportunities will exist to support marketing, branding, pricing, and strategic alignment efforts while engaging with colleagues around the world.

As an intern, you'll get exposure to real projects and challenges in a vibrant environment and gain real-world experience with a better understanding of the global seed market, technology, trends, and key players. Some projects and tasks may include daily media monitoring, database input and updates, collaborating to develop launch plans for specific tools and resources, communicating and educating employees, meeting attendance, presentation creation and assistance with special events.

Qualifications

We look for people who can demonstrate:

· GPA of at least 3.0

· Currently enrolled in a college or university, majoring in Agriculture business or economics or related studies.

· Junior Standing

· Strong time management skills

· Think strategically, be a self-starter and team player, prioritizing work effectively, meet multiple deadlines, and manage their own work schedule

· Focus, interest, and knowledge retention

· Quickly become knowledgeable about multiple crops, brands, markets, practices, technology, databases, and systems.

· Strong computer and research skills.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proactively engaging with multiple stakeholders using various media

· Must work well with a variety of individuals, presenting ideas clearly, in person and in writing.
