Our client, a leading innovator in the Agricultural Research industry, is seeking an Inside Research Worker to join their growing team. As an Inside Research Worker, you will be part of the Research and Development department, supporting various research projects. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player with a passion for scientific discovery and a strong desire to learn.

Job Title: Inside Research Worker

Location: Johnston, IA

Pay Range: $ 29-32/hr

What’s the Job?

• Perform laboratory tasks such as sample preparation, protein analysis, and equipment operation according to established protocols.

• Contribute to process improvement by identifying and implementing solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues and ensure the smooth running of research activities.

• Analyze data and interpret results to support ongoing research projects.

• Maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment.

• Assist with general lab maintenance, inventory control, and solution preparation.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience with problem-solving and process improvement.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and focus while performing repetitive tasks.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to personal and professional growth.

• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
