SHAZAM ENTERPRISES Regional Director of Sales (Core) in JOHNSTON, Iowa

SHAZAM is looking for a Regional Director of Sales - Core Services to join our team. Position is remote but ideal candidate will reside in one of the following states: WI, IL, MI, IN, OH, and PA.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to discover new business opportunities for SHAZAM Core Services, identify and qualify prospects, and manage the complete sales process of the SHAZAM Core solution suite from lead generation to close.

What youll do:

Generate leads and manage prospective client sales opportunities for all Core Services related products and services offered by SHAZAM, Inc.

Actively use phone cold calls, in-person cold calls, email, and direct mail to continuously discover new opportunities in the assigned territory and keep the sales pipeline full at all times.

Schedule, plan, and host on-site meetings with prospects to qualify and close business.

Attend necessary association and trade-show conventions. Work exhibit booth during assigned hours. Actively seek leads and opportunities from these events.

Constantly look for ways to improve the department and/or increase sales. Share these ideas with the Managing Director, New FI Sales and with the team.

Keep territory information up to date and accurate within Sales Force.

Present the SHAZAM Core solution suite to prospective clients.

Generate pricing proposal quotes, with the assistance of Finance, for prospective clients.

Assist development on special projects, as needed.


Minimum of five years experience in progressively responsible financial technology sales and/or banking positions (operations or sales experience preferred).

Core evaluation, utilization, and training within the bank are a plus.

Knowledge of a sales management/tracking software application such as is highly desired.
