UnityPoint Health Revenue Cycle Credentialed Trainer in Johnston, Iowa
Works with CBO staff to develop and provide delivery of supported systems training, general workflow knowledge and content expertise for UnityPoint Health.
Responsible for creating, developing and maintaining the operations course curricula and associated training materials.
Meets with internal customers to gather requirements, data and needs.
Assists with the analysis of training needs based on the information gathered.
Responsible for training, advising and evaluating credentialed trainers and super users.
Provides end user training.
Facilitates instructor led training face-to-face to multiple audiences on various subjects. Facilitates communication to target training audiences. Assists with the prepares and delivery of course schedules, including coordinating room scheduling and the delivery of course materials and resources for training.
Gives one-on-one feedback on instructor performance and abilities. Measures the effectiveness of training and reports the results of training to Training Manager. Involves department managers in the evaluation of results seen on the job before and after training.
Participates in workflow design, validations, as well as activation support and ongoing training support.
Responsible for researching issues and opening all Epic (I.T.) tickets for the CBO; then responsible for following progress of all I.T. tickets and meeting with Epic HB staff if necessary
Completes special projects and monthly reports as assigned.
Performs other duties as requested by supervisor to facilitate the smooth and effective operations of the department.

Required to become Epic credentialed within 3 months of hire.
Experience in health care setting is necessary.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
