Responsibilities

As an Software Analyst within the I&O (Infrastructure & Operations) organization, you will serve as part of a scrum team by implementing and integrating product features and supporting the overall running product to bring value to the customers of the product. This person will take stories from the backlog and work with their peers to determine how to implement the feature and then work to implement the feature. In addition, you will:

  • Analyzes information to resolve incidents and to understand the root cause of problems

  • Delivers solutions to meet customer requirements.

  • Identifies, analyzes, selects and applies new information technology components approved through the IT architecture tech stack.

  • As a team member on the scrum team, supporting the needs of the team.

  • Works with other adjacent teams to coordinate work and implement solutions.

  • Modifies existing components such as configuration, designs, code, or team processes as well as the appropriate documentation.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience with IBM Datacap, IBM content collector, and the IBM FileNet suite of products such as FileNet P8 Content Manager, Content Navigator, Process Administrator, Java APIs for FileNet P8, and Records Manager software.

  • Understanding and skill with Java / API scripting & coding

  • Understanding of Sql Server and other database resources.

  • Proven experience in the design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment of technology solutions

  • Understanding of Agile environment

  • Proven ability & technical knowledge to coordinate & deliver technical solutions

  • Proven communication, conflict resolution, facilitation, & ability to work as the member of a team

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Broad knowledge of and/or experience in several IT disciplines

  • IBM Certified Specialist Certification

  • Experience with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud deployment

  • Growth mindset – willingness to deal and thrive in uncertainty

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field
