Job Description:

3M is seeking an Electrical Systems Control Technician at our Knoxville, IA location.

Responsibilities: 

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic equipment, including drives, PLC’s, robotics, electronics.

• Creating a culture of safety and compliance in the production environment through preventative maintenance and repairing critical equipment

• Supporting a culture of continuous improvement by implementing operator ideas

• The person hired for the position of Systems Control tech will safely install, maintain, repair, move, replace, modify, troubleshoot, diagnose, adjust, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial and commercial equipment

Required:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher

• Three (3) years industrial electrical or electronics experience OR an Associate degree or higher in an electrical or electronics discipline

Desired:

• Five (5) years industrial electrical or electronics experience OR an Associate degree or higher in an electrical or electronics discipline

  Pay & Benefits:

• Compensation up to, $35.63/hour + shift differential of up to, $1.50/hour
