Primary Duties include:

• Processing and administering the Bank's employee payroll in our HRIS system
• Responsible for all benefit administration and recommendations of plan designs
• Administering the Bank's 401k and profit sharing retirement plan according to plan documents
• Administer and track FMLA, Disability, Workers Compensation and all leave of absence requests
• Function as subject matter expert and system administrator for the HRIS system
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Qualifications include:

• Two-year Associate degree in accounting or business related area
• 1 to 3 years human resources
• 2 years payroll and benefit experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Has developed deep expertise in area of responsibility, and can apply that specialized knowledge, skill and experience daily

Additional Details:

The role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The expected salary range is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based on work experience, education/training, expertise and sills.

• Annual Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000
